Embroidery and Screen Printing Pricing:
Pricing is based on discount Quantity Pricing. The more garments you order, the less cost per item. Embroidery pricing is included in our shopping cart for 1-6 items with stock embroidered text. There is no minimum for embroidered garments. You may order one shirt. There is a six item minimum for embroidered hats. There is a 48 piece minimum for screen printing. Contact us for screen printing pricing.
Embroidery Pricing is based on the type of garment, size of the design, number of embroidery locations and quantity of garments. You can order six shirts but the price is lowered when seven or more shirts are ordered. There is no additional charge for the number of thread colors.

Embroidery Set-up Fees are based on whether you use stock lettering or designs or have a custom logo digitized. Quantity price breakdowns start at seven pieces. Stock Embroidery Lettering/ Design Pricing ranges from $10.00 for small designs to $50.00 for large designs. Most small logos (front placement) are $10.00.
Custom Design Pricing is based on the size and complexity of the design. Most left chest designs are $30.00. Embroidery set-up is free for left chest designs when 24 or more items are ordered. Large jacket back designs are more expensive. Digitizing is a one time fee. Your digitized design is kept on file for reorders.
Screen Printing Set-Up:
Screen Printing Set-Up Fees are based on the number of colors per design. A "screen" is made for each color in a design. If you need a 2-color print, there is 2 x $20.00 screen charge. If you reorder a design, there is a $5.00 per screen "reclaim" charge.

Vector art is best for most designs. Please convert all objects to curves/ paths before sending artwork. Major artwork changes require an artwork editing fee of $25.00 per hour.

You will be asked to approve a proof before your order is processed. You will be emailed a digital proof. For embroidery, you may request an embroidered sample to check thread colors and stitching quality.

Shipping cost are based on your order total. Shipping is free for orders over $75.00. See Shipping Information for rates. Items are shipped through UPS Ground. Rush shipping is available. Additional fees will apply.
We will be happy to give you a quote free of charge. Contact us and we will tell you what the cost will be.
All designs and artwork are kept on file. If you make changes to an existing design there may be added charges. Reorders for embroidery don't require a set-up fee. Reorders for screen printing require a screen reclaim fee of $5.00 per screen.
We stock a wide range of thread and ink colors. Let us know if you need a specific PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors.
We accept Pay Pal, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Payments are made through PayPal's secure site. We don't receive your payment information. If you are unable to pay through PayPal you may send a check. See our Pricing and Payment page for more information.
Most orders ship within ten days after proof approval. Delivery time is based on business days only. Rush delivery is available.
Items containing cotton can shrink up to 10% of the garment size depending on how the item is laundered. We're happy to send sample garments so you can check sizing. Click Sizing Information for sizing details.
We can embroider sample garments. You'll be charged for set-up fee and the garment plus shipping charges. If you don't want to purchase a sample garment we can embroider a fabric swatch.
Screen Printing samples can't be printed due to the set-up time involved but we can show you a digital proof.
If you are unsure about sizing for a large group we recommend ordering samples so group members can choose the best size.
We have a five day rush option which requires an additional charge of 25% of your total with a $100.00 minimum charge.
Decorated items are not returnable. If you aren't completely happy with your order please contact us and we'll do everything we can to satisfy you. Check out our Policies page for more information.
Uncertain About Whether to Choose Embroidery or Screen Printing?
If you are uncertain about whether to choose embroidery or screen printing we can help you make the right decision. Embroidery has a higher perceived value and it conveys a more professional look. Embroidery is recommended for hats, dress shirts, denim and golf shirts. T-shirts can be embroidered if the design isn't too large. Screen Printing is great for tee shirts, sweats and athletic bags. Screen printed tees are great for group sponsored events because supporters can be thanked by listing sponsors on the back. Embroidery isn't necessarily more expensive than screen printing. If you have a design that has three or more colors, embroidery may be more cost effective than screen printing for small quantities. If you need a large number of garments screen printing is more cost effective.
What Is Embroidery Monogramming?
Monogramming is the process where initials are embroidered on a garment, bag, towel, linen or shower curtain. There are many possible monogram locations and styles. Contact us for available monogram styles.
